BEFORE THE EVENT
We're here to make sure your event runs smoothly. We'll ask you about your staff size, average age, any common health issues, and if there are any extra tests you want. Feel free to ask us any questions about our services or how the day will go. We'll also come to your work site to plan the set-up for the screenings to ensure everything runs efficiently on the day.
DAY OF EVENT
1. SCREENINGOur wellness events offer thorough health screenings, including tests for blood sugar, cholesterol, anaemia, malaria, and typhoid, as well as preventative screenings for cervical cancer and PSA. Basic measurements like height, weight, BMI, and waist circumference are also conducted, with participants receiving digital results and personalised advice for healthier living.
2. AEROBICS AND STRETCHING (OPTIONAL)We prepare your staff for the day with light stretching and aerobic exercises!
3. HEALTHY BREAKFAST/SNACK TIME (OPTIONAL)We offer an optional, healthy breakfast or snack to boost staff energy and productivity.
