BENEFITS OF THE HEWALE LIFESTYLE COMPANY WELLNESS EVENT FOR YOU

• Demonstration of commitment to employee well-being, aiding in talent attraction and retention and reducing turnover rates, ultimately benefiting the company's bottom line.
• Reduction in absenteeism and associated productivity losses
• Lower healthcare costs through proactive management of health risks
• Brand Enhancement: Bolster your company's image as an innovative, employee-focused employer. Publicising this creative wellness event can enhance the company's reputation in the eyes of clients, investors, and the community, reflecting positively on its corporate social responsibility efforts.
• Enhanced understanding of employees’ health status through anonymised data
• Early detection of health issues facilitates timely intervention
• Promotion of employee wellness and preventive healthcare by participating in enjoyable activities can help alleviate stress and prevent burnout, contributing to overall employee well-being and mental health
• Improved employee morale and job satisfaction

HOW DOES THE HEWALE LIFESTYLE CORPORATE WELLNESS EVENT WORK?

BEFORE THE EVENT

We're here to make sure your event runs smoothly. We'll ask you about your staff size, average age, any common health issues, and if there are any extra tests you want. Feel free to ask us any questions about our services or how the day will go. We'll also come to your work site to plan the set-up for the screenings to ensure everything runs efficiently on the day.

DAY OF EVENT

Our wellness events offer thorough health screenings, including tests for blood sugar, cholesterol, anaemia, malaria, and typhoid, as well as preventative screenings for cervical cancer and PSA. Basic measurements like height, weight, BMI, and waist circumference are also conducted, with participants receiving digital results and personalised advice for healthier living.

We prepare your staff for the day with light stretching and aerobic exercises!

We offer an optional, healthy breakfast or snack to boost staff energy and productivity.

We facilitate short breaks every 2 hours for staff to walk and stretch, promoting productivity and sun exposure.

We guide staff on personalised healthy lunch options tailored to their needs and surroundings, educating them on weight management and work demands.

We recognise the importance of team bonding and stress relief, so we conclude our corporate wellness events with enjoyable games to foster connections and boost morale, leaving everyone with smiles.

AFTER THE EVENT

You will receive access to anonymized aggregated data on your employees’ health to help you make informed decisions on company practice and culture.
